A Missoula concrete company that is a leading manufacturer of above ground precast concrete with year-round production is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, talented, and technically skilled individuals who can help take their company to the next level. 

The General Laborer will be fabricating precast and prestressed concrete for projects such as commercial buildings, bridges, parking structures, vault concrete outhouses, and precast concrete log homes. Products are cast-on-site at the Missoula facility and shipped throughout the United States and Canada.

• Starting Pay: $21/hour
• Schedule: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. -- Monday through Friday, some weekends as needed

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Work on fabricating concrete latrines and small buildings cast in Missoula to be shipped all over the US & Canada
• Rebar Cutting
• Rebar Tying
• Form Building
• Concrete Finishing

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with simple machinery, such as concrete mixers 
• A basic understanding of construction site safety and the ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work for extended periods while standing, bending, or kneeling and able to lift 75 lbs
• Punctuality and a commitment to showing up for work regularly
