This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a wide range of operational tasks. This position is responsible for managing reservations, coordinating special client services, and maintaining clear communication through phone and radio systems. The role also includes dispatching duties, payment processing, retail sales, and maintaining a clean, organized customer space. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, efficient multitaskers with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational support.

Starting Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling diverse client requests, including reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, catering, and special services
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, two-way radio communications, and dispatch operations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule, track, and verify service logs, arrivals, departures, and associated reservations
  • Process various forms of customer payments, operate credit card machines, and ensure accurate daily invoice entry
  • Promote and sell company merchandise while maintaining retail displays and inventory
  • Perform light cleaning, maintain customer areas, stock supplies, and assist with tasks like prepping the lobby and moving rental cars


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, X1-FBO, and general computer operations
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service and working with different customer groups
  • Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Weekend and Holiday availability
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
