GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Full-Time First Assistant Manager is responsible for being a service leader in the store by leading all store team members to deliver a consistent brand experience and providing excellent service to all customers. Contribute to the achievement of stores sales goals, visual brand expectations and execution of store operations. Partner with the store leader in recruiting, hiring,developing, and scheduling store associates.

Key Accountabilities: Responsible for overseeing and managing the store and staff in the absence of the Store Leader.
