Starting Pay: $20/hour 
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - in person - full and part time options available

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Process bank deposits, credit card slips, daily walk-in/charge invoices, and manage accounts receivable/payable
  • Track and calculate sales commissions, including payroll commissions, and coordinate bi-weekly payroll with third-party providers
  • Print and organize invoices, packing slips, and filing of financial records
  • Perform weekly inventory adjustments, update mill sheets, and reconcile accounts receivable/payable
  • Generate monthly accounts receivable statements, reconcile bank statements, and assist with quarterly reporting
  • Prepare annual corporate report, manage insurance renewals (worker’s compensation, auto/liability, property/inventory, employee insurance)


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, demonstrating solid financial acumen
  • Proficiency in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation techniques
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
