Pool Manager

The Missoula Country Club is seeking part-time and full-time golf course maintenance and service professionals for 2024.  Seasonal and year-round positions are available a variety of customer service and grounds crew positions.

We are looking for experienced help in providing an exceptional swimming and recreational experience for our members.  The pool season begins in late May and ends in early September.  Candidates will interview for an opportunity to work in a wonderful environment of collaboration and teamwork. 

The Pool Manager will oversee the lifeguard, pool attendee, and assist with food and beverage staff management.  The successful candidate must be friendly, professional, and a task-driven leader.  

Hours are flexible and pay is commensurate with experience and position.  Limited golf course and driving range access is available.  Future growth opportunities are available based on performance.
