Customer Service Specialist
Temporary Contract (6 months)


A highly experienced property management company, with nearly two decades of expertise in managing properties across Missoula County, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for their office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a safe, welcoming environment for residents. The Ideal candidates will have a experience in property management, outstanding organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Starting wage: $20/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and emails
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person via phone and email
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties filing, copying, faxing and ordering office supplies
  • Receive and process payments
  • Process and track key check-ins and check-outs
  • Open and close office daily


Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail, organized and self-motivated
  • Property Management experience and or license preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs, etc.
  • Knowledge of Rent Manager a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
