We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Specialist to join this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of these facilities. It offers a steady set schedule, 2 days off in a row every week, absolutely no holidays, and guilt-free time off.

Essential Functions & Duties:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather, empty trash, cardboard, and recycling into dumpsters and cardboard compactor
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment
• Clean and dust, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, machines, and equipment
• Prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
• Steam-clean, shampoo, or extract carpets
• Move conference room, office furniture, and equipment

Qualifications:  

• Three (3) years of experience in directly related cleaning experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Some supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to operate specialized equipment, maintain appropriate records, develop and obtain specialized custodial knowledge
• Work heights range from floor to overhead height
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds, two people work together to lift over 60 pounds
