Development Manager

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, a non-profit, wildlife habitat conservation organization, is seeking a performance-driven team player to support leadership in the design and execution of the strategy and management of development related activities and systems.  This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of planned giving donors and prospects, cultivating relationships to support RMEF’s mission. The ideal candidate will have: a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in communication, marketing and/or business administration; a minimum of three years’ experience in non-profit fundraising or sales; basic knowledge in planned giving vehicles and tax implications; experience in cultivating donor/customer relationships; and supervisory experience.
