Why you want this position:
- Starting wage: $25/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Advertise available units and help fill vacancies by reaching out to potential tenants
- Collect rental references for prospective tenants to ensure eligibility and reliability
- Support with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assists with property inspections, ensuring units meet required standards and conditions
Qualifications:
- Experience in this industry required (property management and/or real estate)
- Strong computer knowledge - Google Suite, inner-office software and the ability to adapt to new software
- Possess a broad array of strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
