A leading Missoula auto body shop with a commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. Work for a great company that provides opportunity for growth!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet the customers as they arrive and make them comfortable.
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide information for callers, distribute calls and messages to appropriate persons in a timely manner.
• Keep front office organized and clutter free.
• Check in vehicles for repairs and ensure Authorizations are signed.
• Log insurance assignments and notify customers to come to the shop for an estimate.
• Make daily reminder calls for the next day’s appointments.
• When needed, assist with processing payments.

Why you want this position:

• Wage: $17 - $18 / hour DOE
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Multi-task and detail-oriented skill set
• Data entry skill set (will utilize CCC One Management system to initiate, log, and track internal and external communications, access and track reports, and audit claims.)
• Knowledge of Windows Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills, including but not limited to, documentation, follow-up and ability to prioritize
