Asphalt Maintenance Laborer

We are a growing small business, working in Missoula, Montana and surrounding areas. We specialize in asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and striping. No experience is required to apply! A team typically includes two employees and a team leader. The work is seasonal and begins in April, depending on the availability of product. It's important to be ready to use a variety of tools, from shovels to blowers to demolition saws. It can be dirty, but very rewarding work!

We work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend jobs. Hours are typically 7-5, but are contingent on project variations. Wages are $19 an hour or more depending on experience. Background checks are required. 

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment such as dump trailers, skidsteers, mini exs, rollers and plate compactors.
- Perform various tasks related to asphalt maintenance and labor work, including surface prepping, sealcoat application, asphalt demolition and patching, etc.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain and clean equipment as needed.
