Experienced Paralegal

Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. (“MDS”) of Missoula, a law firm with a diverse civil litigation practice, seeks an experienced paralegal to grow our awesome team. This position involves working with attorneys in all aspects of case management, including, but not limited to, docketing, document review, analysis, production and management, document drafting, client interaction, and assistance during trial. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Successful applicants should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational practices. Computer proficiency is a must.

We encourage paralegal applicants who possess the equivalent of 5+ years of hands-on paralegal experience or 3+ years with a Paralegal Certificate to apply.
